Refund policy

We want you to love your Earth Bound guide. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of eBooks and digital guides are final and non-refundable.
• Physical Products: If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at jack.earth.bound@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.
• Items must be returned in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
