When will my order ship?
Please refer to our Shipping & Production Updates page for the most current timelines. I provide specific arrival estimates for every batch there.
What is the status of my specific book?
- Supernatural Sydney & Hidden Gems: Due to arrive at my studio late Feb / early March.
- Swim NSW: Currently experiencing minor shipping delays; expected mid-March.
- Drive, Swim NZ North Island & Wild NZ: These are pre-releases. Hardcovers ship from June 30 (limited print run).
I bought a digital guide but can't find the link.
Digital links are sent automatically upon purchase. Please check your Spam/Junk folder for an email from "Earth Bound." Alternatively, you can log in to your Account to download your files directly.
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, I can update your address. Please email me with the subject line "ADDRESS CHANGE - [Order Number]" and I will do my best to catch it before it goes out.
Do you offer refunds?
- Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are non-refundable once the link has been sent.
- Physical Goods: I accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Why are there shipping delays?
To maintain the Earth Bound quality, I move products in large bulk orders from overseas. This can occasionally lead to logistical delays, but it ensures you get the best possible guide at a sustainable price.
