Earth Bound Guides is an independent Australian publishing project run by a single creator. Every guide is researched, written, photographed, and produced with care, and every order directly supports the creation of future books.

All physical books are produced after an order is placed rather than held in a warehouse. This allows the guides to remain niche, affordable, and continuously updated, but it does mean delivery times are longer than large retailers.

For Australian customers, physical book orders typically arrive within 8 to 40 business days from the date of purchase. Some orders arrive sooner, while others may take longer depending on production schedules, peak periods such as holidays, shipping congestion, or factors outside of our control. We recommend allowing the full delivery window before following up.

Digital guides are delivered by email shortly after purchase and can be accessed immediately.

Earth Bound Guides is run by one person, and there are periods throughout the year where time is spent filming, researching, and documenting new locations, sometimes in areas with limited reception. During these times, replies to emails may take up to 48 hours. Please be assured that messages are not ignored, and all genuine delivery concerns are addressed as soon as possible.

If your order extends beyond the expected delivery timeframe or something does not feel right, you are always welcome to get in touch. In some cases this may result in an updated delivery check, an alternative solution, or a refund where appropriate. The goal is always to resolve issues fairly and respectfully.

This approach to production allows Earth Bound Guides to operate sustainably, avoid mass overproduction, and focus on creating detailed, location-based books that wouldn’t exist through traditional publishing models. Your patience directly supports that process.
